Delivery Terms

Delivery charge is for MAINLAND BRITAIN only. Typically deliveries should be received within 7 days of ordering. Please contact us if wine hasn’t been delivered within 10 days of ordering. Allow a little more time if you live in a rural area.

Please leave delivery instructions for when no one is in in the notes section of the checkout page.

Lawful Basis & Contract Execution

The lawful basis under which we process your data is consent. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are giving Cairn O Mohr consent to process your personal data (Name, Address & Email). These will be used to provide the information, goods and services offered through our website to you, for billing and order fulfillment. We do not disclose any of your details to any third parties.

If you sign up to our newsletter we may use your email address to send you information about products or services. You can opt out of these at any point and you can ask for personal data to stop being recorded at any time.
