Rhubarb and Sweet Cicely Cordial 75cl

This lovely pink cordial is a pressing of Rhubarb from Brechin and Sweet Cicely foraged from the banks of the River Tay, mixed with fresh mint, root ginger and a sprinkling of Star Anise.

Serve diluted 1 part cordial to 1.5 parts still or sparkling water, then serve over ice with a mint leaf garnish.
